2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in any Programme.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. By enrolling, you confirm that these conditions are met.
3. Description of Programmes
Rainvault provides educational courses and facilitated workshops covering the concept of building a personal financial reserve. All Content is designed and delivered as general educational material only. It does not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional financial consultation.
Our current Programmes and their fees are:
- Building a Rainy-Day Reserve Course — RM 483 (self-paced, approximately 2 weeks)
- Steady Reserve Workshop — RM 1,470 (facilitated, 4 weekly sessions)
- Complete Emergency Fund Program — RM 2,860 (comprehensive, 9 weeks)
Programmes are available to residents of Malaysia and, where offered online, to participants elsewhere subject to availability. We reserve the right to restrict access by geography where applicable.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed only after you have submitted an enquiry, received confirmation from our team, and completed payment. Places in facilitated workshops and the Complete Program are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information during enrolment. We cannot be responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect details provided by you.
5. User Responsibilities
As a participant in a Rainvault Programme, you agree to:
- Engage with our Content and facilitated sessions respectfully and in good faith.
- Refrain from recording, reproducing, or distributing our Content without written permission.
- Not share your access to online materials with others who have not enrolled.
- Maintain a respectful and constructive tone in any shared group spaces or community channels.
- Acknowledge that all Content is educational in nature and does not substitute for regulated financial advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content provided as part of our Programmes — including planners, checklists, written materials, and frameworks — remains the intellectual property of Rainvault. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this Content for your personal, non-commercial use during and after the Programme.
You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any Content without our prior written consent.
7. Payment Terms
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required before enrolment is confirmed. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods communicated to you at the time of enquiry.
Refund Policy
If you withdraw from a Programme more than 14 days before the first session or access date, you are entitled to a full refund less any bank processing charges. Withdrawals made 7–14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for withdrawals made fewer than 7 days before the start date or after access has been provided for the self-paced course.
If Rainvault cancels a Programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
8. Disclaimers
Our Programmes and all Content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the Content will meet your specific needs, that the information will remain accurate over time, or that participating in a Programme will result in any particular financial outcome.
Nothing in our Programmes, materials, or communications constitutes regulated financial advice. Participants are encouraged to seek advice from a licensed financial planner for decisions specific to their personal financial situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Rainvault's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or participation in a Programme shall not exceed the fee you paid for the relevant Programme.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to financial losses arising from decisions you make based on information provided in our Content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainvault, its team members, and facilitators from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Content, or any unlawful action you take in connection with our Programmes.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a Programme without refund if you breach these Terms — in particular, if you distribute Content without permission, behave in a way that disrupts group sessions, or provide false information during enrolment.
You may withdraw from a Programme at any time, subject to the refund policy set out in Section 7. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
12. Force Majeure
Rainvault is not liable for failure to deliver a Programme where that failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or sustained infrastructure failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainvault.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, notify active participants by email. Continued use of our website or participation in a Programme after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
